Arthur Legat

Remarkable Belgian provincial garage owner who raced at the daunting Chimay circuit on no fewer than 25 occasions between 1926 and 1959. He also contested the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps with a Veritas Meteor in 1952 and 1953.
