Red tractors?

Ferrari is to carry sponsorship at the United States Grand Prix from tractor company Case IH. The agricultural equipment company is owned by FIAT and is a sister business of Ferrari and Fiat boss Sergio Marchionne hopes that exposure on the Ferraris will help the firm to sell more tractors in the Midwest.

"This is a great opportunity for Case IH to share the global stage with world-renowned Ferrari," said Mario Ferla, president, Case IH. "Both are readily identified by their powerful products and with their signature red color, as well as for setting the standard of excellence in their respective industries."

It is worth noting that Alain Prost was fired by Ferrari in 1991 for describing his racing car as "a tractor".
