Meanwhile in Estoril

The Estoril MotoGP paddock featured a number of Formula 1 visitors with Red Bull Racing team boss Christian Horner in attendance along with the team's new driver Tonio Liuzzi. The two were able to watch Red Bull KTM rider Mika Kallio win a dramatic 125cc GP in which the Finnish rider beat Spain's Hector Faubel by just 0.008s. Kallio was the first Finn for 20 years to win a road race Grand Prix.

Also spotted in the paddock was Herbie Blash, the former Brabham F1 team manager who is now the assistant race director at all F1 races. Blash was busy with old friends at Yamaha, for which he has long been a consultant, showing Takashi Kajikawa, the president of the Yamaha Motor Company, around the MotoGP scene.
