Teams will not attend FIA meeting next week

The nine Formula 1 teams have decided that they will not be attending Max Mosley's meeting to discuss the rules for 2008 on April 15 because, they say, they are not ready to put forward their proposals for the future. The decision will come as a blow to the FIA which was hoping to discuss rules with all the teams. Instead it seems Mosley will be talking only to Jean Todt of Ferrari.

According to the teams Mosley cannot do anything about the rules without their agreement and it will be interesting to see what the FIA will do now.
