Petronas opens Motorsport Museum in Malaysia

The Malaysian Ministry of Youth and Sport is to open a Petronas Motorsports Museum at the company's Research and Scientific Center in Bangi, just outside Kuala Lumpur. The museum will house a variety of machinery which mark the early days of serious motorsport in the country, dating back to 1988 and including a number of Sauber F1 cars.

The museum is part of Petronas's commitment to develop, expand and add value to experiences gained through its involvement in various motorsports activities.

The museum includes both racing cars and racing motorcycles.
