Crisis over - Mosley goes skiing

The political situation in Formula 1 has calmed down since the Technical Working Group meeting on Tuesday and the signs are that things will now return to normal with the teams working on getting their cars ready for the new regulations. There are still some decisions needing to be made, notably with regard to the timetable at each Grand Prix but the basis of the new structure is now in place.

After a number of weeks of flat-out working FIA President Max Mosley has taken off for a few days of holiday and is now in the Alps, indulging in his passion for snow-boarding, which is not bad for a man of 62.
