Williams sets launch date for FW25

Williams has reported that their new FW25 chassis will be unveiled in a launch at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, provisionally set for January 31.

The FW25 will be an important car for the Grove-based team. The conservative FW24 was a bit of a disappointment, as the team arguably had the strongest engine on the grid in 2002 but was able to win just one race.

The team will continue its testing program for the new car in Jerez, Spain next week with Ralf Schumacher and Marc Gene.
