Kirch to sue Deutsche Bank boss

LEO KIRCH is not a happy man at the man, his life's work having fallen apart in recent weeks. The Bavarian media magnate is not happy with the role played in his downfall by Deutsche Bank chief executive Rolf Breuer and is suing him for alleged slander in a television interview in February during which Breuer questioned the creditworthiness of Kirch. Kirch is of the opinion that this helped play a part in his downfall and is expected to claim hundreds of millions of dollars.

The legal action will further complicate what is already a hugely complicated mess which has to be unraveled.
