Badoer starts Ferrari test at Fiorano

FERRARI test-driver Luca Badoer started the team's work at the Fiorano circuit in Italy on Tuesday as the team's drivers Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello took a break.

In sunny weather, Italian Badoer carried out electrical and traction control work on the Ferrari F2001 car. He completed 90 laps, seven on the short track at the circuit, with a best time of one minute and 00.391 seconds.

Barrichello will join Badoer at the test at Fiorano on Wednesday.
