Ferrari end Marlboro event with skiing spectacular
FERRARI ended their annual pre-season break at Madonna di Campiglio in the Dolomites with a giant slalom race and other skiing activities on Friday.
World Champion Michael Schumacher, who competed against fellow Ferrari drivers Rubens Barrichello and Luca Badoer, was the fastest skier in the slalom race.
The event, sponsored by Marlboro, also saw motorcycle riders Max Biaggi and Carlos Checa and World Rally driver Tommi Makinen attend and take part in the activities.
All the drivers and riders also had a chance to play around on ski-mobiles before a fireworks display closed proceedings.
